We recently were inspired after watching MasterChef Australia by pastry chef, Adriano Zumbo. He creates utterly amazing cakes, including the v8, eight layers of intense vanilla: vanilla creme chantilly, vanilla water gel, vanilla glaze, vanilla macaron, vanilla dacquoise to name but a few of the layers.
This week (May 5 2011), marked the opening of the new Victoria's Secret in Calgary. The brand has created a new line for newlywed (Sexy Little Bride), with everything from garters, to babydolls, lots of lace and even a little blue. Model Lily Aldridge, the spokesmodel for the line, was just married to rocker Caleb Followill.
Local florist, Joanna Tzavaris creates stunning (also featured in City Style and Living magazine Summer 2010 issue) floral bouquets for special occasions including for the modern bride.
Cult favourite Anthropologie has created a line of completely unique and precious bridal gowns, accessories and specialties that any bride would be proud to have on her wedding day.
