The City Style and Living Seal of Excellence is awarded to restaurants on the basis of culinary prowess, service, achievement in technique, creativity, and ambiance.

The award is judged by a team of professionals at City Style and Living magazine, who have scoured the globe looking for those restaurants, chefs, sommeliers and food of distinction.

This prestigious honour is awarded to select restaurants and institutions that shine above the rest and merit a visit.

Pasty chef Chris Herrin and his team delight diners with spectacularly crafted and playful dessert and breakfast delights. Breakfast is a fun way to sample the fantastic pastry selection. Bistro/brasserie fare.

Price: Moderate

Tidbit: One of the best oversize chocolate chip cookies found at the bouchon bakery kiosk. Plus they also sell pet treats!

Noise: quiet - quiet buzz (mostly around lunch and dinner)

Chef Maxime Guertin raises the bar on typical 'lounge' food with an inspired and creative internationally influenced menu, using local Quebec produce.

Hours: Open Mon 12am-3am, 12pm-3am; Tue-Sat 12pm-3am; Sun 12pm-12am

Price: Moderate

Tidbit: Lookout for the focal point of the restaurant- a salvaged rose window from a church.

Noise: generous buzz (mostly on weekends)
