Sommelier Heather MacDougall was a dancer before foraying into the world of fine wine and food pairings.
While tasting one of his dishes in the dining room, Executive chef Leboe looked up and noticed some distractng decor (pink silk flowers) . These were removed in favour of more modern silver accoutrements.
Rush is housed in a space that used to be the old Calgary Post office.
Executive chef Justin Leboe is left handed (and loves his l.h. Yanigabba Japanese knife).
