The restaurant offers fresh cocktails, martinis, wine, beer and eight different types of Caesars. “We want to have that casual dining type of atmosphere with a great wine list, an awesome cocktail list and you can have a good time too,” says Beninger.

The cocktail menu includes over 60 types of vodkas
and a vodka passport where guests can taste various vodkas on the menu with the chance to earn a
trip.

More than a Burger Lounge

What are the elements required to make the ultimate burger joint? Let’s just say that it takes more than bread and ground meat. From the sides, cocktails and chefs to exotic meats CSL explores how real burgers get their appeal at Loungeburger.

Curried lamb meatballs,
stuffed with goat cheese,
served with tandoori aioli and mango chutney. Juicy, well spiced and addictive.

The Fries

"For fries we have sweet potato, skinny, waffle
cut, cajun, curly, homestyle, and poutine. With
our fries we created a fry dipper section and because
we make our sauces in house every day it
gives you that variety that you can't get anywhere
else. I'm a double dipper so I'll go ketchup, basil aioli, barbecue. The staff is
trained to pair them.” - Brett Beninger

Ahi tuna: ahi tuna served rare with wasabi aioli, red
onions, fresh sprouts
and cucumbers

Alberta game: mini versions of our veal, bison and elk burgers, served on our signature pretzel bun.

Great for sharing with friends, and to try several burgers.

The Tiger Shrimp Burger

Black tiger shrimp chopped and tossed with garlic and scallions, served with our sweet chili sauce and asian slaw on a focaccia bun.

CSL LOVED this burger, with chunks of shrimp, excellent texture and fresh and crunchy slaw.

The Lamb Burger

Alberta lamb, served with roasted red peppers, tzatziki and feta cheese on a focaccia bun

Great saltiness from the feta cheese, and the nice dense focaccia is a nice compliment to the meaty lamb. CSL also likes the sweetness of the roasted red peppers.

The Cheesecake

"All of our desserts are made in house every day.  We have a feature cheesecake, that we let the guys in the kitchen put their spin on things.  So if one of them has an idea, great you do it.  Nothing is frozen, everything is always fresh."- Brett Beninger

KitKat Cheesecake: If you are a gourmet cheesecake lover, do not judge this (not too sweet) candy bar cheesecake. CSL got the desert to go, and it was devoured within seconds.
