"For fries we have sweet potato, skinny, waffle
cut, cajun, curly, homestyle, and poutine. With
our fries we created a fry dipper section and because
we make our sauces in house every day it
gives you that variety that you can't get anywhere
else. I'm a double dipper so I'll go
ketchup, basil aioli, barbecue. The staff is

CSL LOVED this burger, with chunks of shrimp, excellent texture and fresh and crunchy slaw. |

Alberta lamb, served with roasted red peppers, tzatziki and feta cheese on a focaccia bun
Great saltiness from the feta cheese, and the nice dense focaccia is a nice compliment to the meaty lamb. CSL also likes the sweetness of the roasted red peppers. |

"All of our desserts are made in house every day. We have a feature cheesecake, that we let the guys in the kitchen put their spin on things. So if one of them has an idea, great you do it. Nothing is frozen, everything is always fresh."- Brett Beninger
KitKat Cheesecake: If you are a gourmet cheesecake lover, do not judge this (not too sweet) candy bar cheesecake. CSL got the desert to go, and it was devoured within seconds. |
