The winter cup. A bottle of St. Germain.
Photography Courtesy Saint Germain.

"An artisanal liqueur, St-Germain is produced from 100% fresh, wild and hand selected elderflowers that are picked once a year in late spring when at their peak level of flavor and aroma.

These delicate, wild elderflowers, when handled with our guarded and meticulous harvest and maceration techniques, provide St-Germain with a balance of flavors, including notes of citrus (grapefruit and lemon), pear and passion fruit."

1/2 shot St-Germain
2 shots straight bourbon*
2 dasheds Angostura bitters

Method: Stir and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

*Preferably Elijah Craig
