WHERE IT’S FROM Chigny-les-Roses, France.  Owned by the same family since 1763, and made by a staff of eight.

WHAT IT’S MADE WITH 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier grapes.

TASTE Complex and full-bodied, with light floral notes, deep fruit, and brioche accents. The Champagne has a lovely density and depth. Tight bead, creamy texture, and a long finish. A complex but sharply focused brut.

PRICE Coming in near the top of the list, indulge in this luxury Champagne for ultra special occasions.

PAIRING Champagne loves food.  The effervescence and celebratory nature makes this champagne match with salty caviar, dark chocolate and creamy sauces.

THE PRESENTATION A fashion in itself, the shiny gold bottle encased in a lacquered wooden case is fitted with an engraved tin nameplate, lined in black velvet.  Who wouldn’t want this under the tree?

DID YOU KNOW?  The Champagne is aged in one of the deepest cellars in Champagne at 119 steps (30 meters) underground, enabling a slow, cool aging.
