This move is so easy you can do it at home with simple equipment.
Stand with feet parallel hip width apart. Inhale when straightening and exhale when bending. Hold medicine ball overhead and twist upper body to the right. Bring the ball down between the legs toward the left ankle. The motion should be like chopping wood. Return to standing position. Alternate movement with right ankle. Repeat 6-8.
