Gochujang  A staple of Korean cooking – a spicy, fermented condiment made from red chili, glutinous rice, fermented soybeans, and salt.

Fish Sauce A staple in Southeast Asian cuisine.  Salty and potent alone, when combined with other ingredients, it imparts a delicate savoury element.

Tamari This soy sauce is thicker and less salty than traditional soy. It is also suitable for the gluten intolerant.

Wakame Seaweed is the wave of the future- this mild, sweet variety adds a chewy crunch to salads. Plus it boasts a wealth of health properties.
