For the Adventurer

Hacienda Tres Rios is completely surrounded by nature, this eco friendly property is perfect for adventurous families and lovers of the great outdoors.

THE VIBE
A family friendly sustainable eco retreat, surrounded by a 326-acre pristine nature park. Nature is inescapable here – from the three freshwater rivers, to ten cenotes, and a variety of plants and animals. Tres Rios also sits at the convergence of three ecosystems: jungle, mangrove forest, and coastal dunes.  From the balcony of our ceiba junior suite, we are surrounded by treetops, kissed with the raindrops of a recent downpour. Don’t be surprised if a casual coatimundi  (raccoon like animal), walks past you while dining al fresco at Il Forno, and after a rainfall be sure to look for a host of native birds near the banks of the river.

ACTIVITIES
There are endless activities on site like river kayaking, snorkeling in the cenotes, and interpretive nature tours through the rainforest. A bicycle tour through a  series  of wooden paths is relaxing, informative and engaging. Don’t miss out on the SenseAdventure – an immersive experience in nature where all of your senses will come alive and you will truly feel at one with nature.

DINING
There are a variety of restaurants to choose from, but Haceienda Tres Rios flagship restaurant, El Alebrije mixes regional specialties from Jalisco, Puebla, and Michoacán. Desserts like chipotle crème brulee are inspired.
