A dash of seasoning brightens any dish! CSL’s top 5 picks that will have you reaching to your spice cupboard more often than ever before.

Just a pinch of ground (capsicum) pepper or salt can add so much to a dish. Think: jalapeno scattered atop a soft-boiled egg, a dash of ground chipotle mixed with crema and slathered onto grilled corn, or kelp salt sprinkled on steamed fish to bring out its brininess.
