Red Carpet Fashion | Cannes 2011
Another year at Cannes and wow was colour the story.

Blues in every shade made an appearance proving that you can steal the show in monochromatic colour.

Black used to be a colour to cover up in. Not any more at Cannes models and actresses showed that it is the perfect to show some skin.

Loved Diane Kruger’s simple yet classic dress. While some called it boring it worked amazingly well and proved you should never mess with a perfect silhouette.
Rachael McAdams stood out in a sea of dresses with this pant and bustier ensemble – giving a new take on red carpet dressing.

Penelope Cruz proved that tight and shiny can mean unforgettable while Nadine Labaki proved that interesting cutouts can make a statement.

Forget all you thought you knew about white – not only is is the colour of the moment but a great way to accentuate a long silhouette.

CSL adored Kirsten Dunst’s dress which looked quintessentially pretty and sohpisticated. Fan Bing Bing channelled the eighteenth century in her absoltely romatic look. Aishwarya Rai looked casual and chic in a menswear inspired jumpsuit.
